I had an excellent experience at Central Automotive! Another car shop previously diagnosed my alternator as defective and charged me $170, saying it needed to be replaced. When I brought my 2012 RAV4 to Central Automotive, they tested the alternator and confirmed it was functioning normally. They didn’t charge me anything for the testing and completed the job very quickly. A special thanks to Trevor Paul for being so nice and helpful throughout the process.
